Exhibitor Information

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center will only accept packages if arrangements are made prior to shipment. Please call the hotel before sending any materials. All deliveries must be delivered at Hotel's landing dock, open from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday. Any materials being sent to the Hotel must be marked as follows:

A handling fee assessed on package weight will be applicable for all boxes, envelopes, and pallets delivered to the hotel. The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Any handling fees are the responsibility of the shipper (not USPLTA).

Any fees associated with storage, shipping, or other fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor (not USPLTA).
